As a Layout Designer at our company, you will play a crucial role in designing, structuring, and refining page layouts for both print and digital platforms. Your primary responsibility will be to create visually appealing, user-friendly, and brand-consistent designs. Here's what you will be expected to do: - Design and develop layouts for various materials including brochures, magazines, advertisements, packaging, reports, and digital content. - Collaborate closely with the creative, content, and marketing teams to create visually compelling designs. - Ensure that typography, color schemes, imagery, and spacing align with our brand guidelines. - Prepare final layouts for print and digital production, ensuring accuracy and quality. - Adapt designs for different formats like social media, websites, mobile, and print. - Maintain design consistency across all marketing materials and platforms. - Stay updated with design trends, tools, and best practices. To be successful in this role, you should meet the following qualifications: - Bachelor's degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field. - Minimum of 2-5 years of professional layout design experience. - Proven experience as a layout designer, graphic designer, or similar role. - Proficiency in design software such as Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, CorelDRAW, or similar tools. - Strong understanding of typography, grid systems, and composition. - Knowledge of print production processes and digital publishing standards. - Excellent attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines. - Strong communication and teamwork skills.
