Client Relations Manager – Media Production

We are looking for a highly organized and client-focused Client Relations Manager to lead communications between our media production teams and clients. This role ensures each project aligns with client goals, runs smoothly, and exceeds expectations from briefing to final delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Client Management & Communication

• Act as the main point of contact for clients throughout all stages of media production.
• Understand client objectives, brand guidelines, and audience to ensure alignment.
• Schedule and lead client meetings, manage expectations, and provide clear updates.
• Gather feedback and ensure revisions are implemented accurately and efficiently.

Project Oversight & Coordination

• Collaborate with internal teams to translate client needs into actionable plans.
• Track project timelines, deliverables, and budgets in coordination with production managers.
• Ensure smooth workflows between clients and creative/technical teams.

Relationship Building & Retention

• Foster long-term client relationships through trust, transparency, and proactive service.
• Identify opportunities for future collaboration or expanded services.
• Support client onboarding and guide them through production processes.

Reporting & Quality Assurance

• Monitor client satisfaction and provide performance updates.
• Ensure final deliverables meet client expectations and technical standards.
• Support final reviews, sign-offs, and project closure.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Business, Media, or related field.
• 5–6 years of client-facing experience, ideally in media or creative industries.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with media production workflows and terminology is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
