We are seeking a skilled Corporate Lawyer to join our legal team and ensure our business operations comply with legal and regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate will provide expert legal advice on corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions, company structuring, compliance, contracts, and corporate governance. Key responsibilities include drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts and agreements, advising on legal rights and obligations, handling company secretarial matters, and supporting strategic business decisions with legal insight. The candidate will also assist in risk management, regulatory filings, and liaise with external legal counsel when necessary. A successful applicant should possess strong analytical skills, business acumen, and the ability to handle complex legal issues with professionalism. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB); LLM preferred 3–5 years of experience in corporate law Strong knowledge of Companies Act, SEBI, FEMA, and other corporate regulations Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
