Job Description

You will be responsible for studying case files and drafting plaints, written statements, legal notices, etc. for the court litigation department. You will conduct research on judgments and case laws using legal software such as Manupatra. As part of your role, you will handle day-to-day court appearances and support senior advocates in chief examination, cross-examination, and arguments. Additionally, you will work on land and property conveyancing, preparation of title opinions, and drafting documents related to real estate transactions.
