Role Overview: We are seeking motivated and detail-oriented Legal Associates to join our dynamic Immigration team. This entry-level position is ideal for a paralegal or caseworker with a strong interest in UK private immigration law, business immigration, and private client matters . You will work closely with solicitors, trainees, and fellow caseworkers under the supervision of a department director, supporting a diverse caseload and contributing to high-quality legal services for both individual and corporate clients. Key Responsibilities: Taking client instructions, statements and day to day handling of casework matters. Conducting legal research and analysis to support case preparation. Prepare and submit visa applications under UK immigration rules, including: Spouse, partner, child, visitor, and settlement routes Assist with business immigration matters such as: Sponsor licence applications Skilled Worker visas Global Business Mobility routes Attend client meetings and take instructions under supervision Liaise with clients to collect documentation and provide case updates Handle the end-to-end process of: Lodging First-tier Tribunal appeals Preparing witness statements and evidence bundles Researching objective sources to build strong, clear and convincing casework. Drafting English-based legal documents, including statements, applications and client care letters. Managing legal files and documentation using the firms case management system. Recording of time spent and evidencing work done in accordance with Company case management procedures. Commitment to client care and professional ethics. Requirements: Bachelor's/Masters degree in Law. Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines High attention to detail and strong organizational skills Must have at least one year of experience in the legal field. Prior work experience in a law firm or similar setting is a plus. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
