About the Role

We are seeking a hands-on Laundry & Plant Operations Manager who will be responsible for end-to-end operations of our laundry plant, including garment processing, team supervision, and route planning for pickup & delivery. The ideal candidate must have prior experience managing laundry operations in a B2C environment and be well-versed in garment care, dry cleaning, stain treatment, and daily plant management.

Key Responsibilities:

Plant Operations:

• Oversee day-to-day functioning of the laundry and dry cleaning unit including washing, dry cleaning, pressing, and packing.

Garment Expertise:

• Identify fabric types and ensure correct cleaning methods (wet wash, dry clean, stain removal) are used per garment type.

Team Management:

• Supervise washers, ironers, quality checkers, and helpers to maintain hygiene, speed, and quality.

Logistics & Route Planning:

• Coordinate with riders, manage daily pickup and delivery routes efficiently, and ensure timely execution.

Inventory & Consumables:

• Maintain stock of detergents, chemicals, tags, packaging, and other supplies.

Quality Assurance:

• Monitor QC standards and customer feedback to minimize rewash, damage, or complaints.

Machine Maintenance:

• Ensure regular maintenance of washing, drying, and pressing machines in coordination with the vendor.
