As a Guest Delight Fellow at Atlys Launchpad Fellowship, you will be pivotal in ensuring a seamless and stress-free visa journey for travelers. You will represent Atlys by addressing traveler inquiries promptly and with empathy through various communication channels such as calls, chats, and emails. Collaboration with Fulfilment, Product, and Compliance teams will be essential to comprehend the overall system and effectively resolve user issues. Your responsibility will also include accurate documentation of conversations in the CRM, staying updated on visa policies, and utilizing internal tools for tracking and resolving escalations. By identifying user pain points, you will have the opportunity to propose enhancements to improve the support experience and product flows. Additionally, you will be tasked with tackling a real-world challenge in Guest Delight, devising a solution, and presenting it to the leadership team. Qualifications required for this role include being a second or final-year student or recent graduate available for a 36-month, in-office fellowship in Delhi (6 days a week). Proficiency in both written and spoken English is a must, while knowledge of additional languages is considered advantageous. A quick learner with the ability to simplify complex visa regulations will excel in this position. A patient, empathetic, and solution-oriented mindset, along with organizational skills, attention to detail, and diligence in documentation, are highly valued. The ideal candidate should thrive in fast-paced environments, be proactive in taking initiatives, and come from any academic background, including arts, commerce, sciences, engineering, and more.
