As a Guest Delight Fellow at Atlys Launchpad Fellowship, you will be an integral part of providing a seamless and stress-free visa journey for travelers. Your role will involve being the voice of Atlys, resolving traveler queries with clarity, empathy, and speed through calls, chats, and emails. Additionally, you will collaborate with various teams such as Fulfilment, Product, and Compliance to understand the larger system and effectively resolve user issues. It will be essential to accurately log conversations in the CRM, stay updated on visa policies, and utilize internal tools to track and resolve escalations. Furthermore, you will have the opportunity to identify user pain points, propose improvements to enhance the support experience and product flows, and even take on real-world challenges in Guest Delight by developing solutions and presenting them to the leadership team. Qualifications Required: - You should be a second or final-year student or recent graduate available for a 36-month, in-office fellowship in Delhi, requiring you to work 6 days a week. - Proficiency in both written and spoken English is a must, while knowledge of additional languages would be advantageous. - A quick learner with the ability to simplify complex visa regulations. - Possess a patient, empathetic, and solution-oriented mindset. - Demonstrate organizational skills, attention to detail, and diligence in documentation. - Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments and show proactive initiative. - Open to individuals from all academic backgrounds including arts, commerce, sciences, engineering, and more.
