Job Summary

We are looking for a reliable and proactive Laser Machine Helper to support our laser-cutting / laser-engraving operations. The successful candidate will assist operators with machine setup, material handling, quality checks, maintenance, and general support — ensuring smooth workflow and quality output.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in loading and unloading raw materials (metal, plastic, acrylic, etc.) onto laser cutting/engraving machines, and removing cut parts after operation ends. Apna+2grtractors.com+2
• Help prepare and set up machines under supervision — e.g. assist with machine setup, correct positioning of materials, fixtures, and basic parameter settings (under guidance). SEG Systems+2HALDEN+2
• Perform basic cleaning and routine maintenance tasks — cleaning nozzles/lenses, clearing scrap/stubs, maintaining cleanliness around machine, disposing of waste materials. Teal+2sincoinc.com+2
• Support quality control and inspection: assist in measuring and verifying dimensions of cut parts (using measuring tools such as calipers, gauges), checking for defects, and separating finished parts from skeleton/raw material. Apna+2grtractors.com+2

Required Qualifications / Skills

• Minimum 10th class / 12th pass (or equivalent). Vocational training, ITI, or relevant technical certificate is a bonus.
• 1 to 3 years of experience in manufacturing / workshop / metal-working / laser-machine environment (or similar).
• Basic mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn machine operations and maintenance tasks.
• Ability to use simple measuring tools (calipers, gauges, tape measure); good attention to detail to support quality control.
• Physically able to perform tasks that may include lifting, moving materials/parts, standing for long hours, and basic manual work.
• Basic communication skills and ability to follow instructions from supervisors / machine operators.
• Willingness to follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized working environment.
