Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a LAS (Loan Against Securities) Manager based in Chennai. The LAS Manager will be responsible for managing loan processes, interfacing with clients, assessing loan applications, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. The role involves close coordination with different departments to ensure smooth loan disbursement and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Loan Against Securities (LAS) processes and financial products
• Excellent client interaction and relationship management skills
• Experience in assessing loan applications and conducting due diligence
• In-depth understanding of regulatory compliance and risk management
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency in financial software and tools
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
• Experience in the financial services industry is a plus
