About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Laravel Developer with over 3 years of hands-on experience in backend development. The ideal candidate should possess strong front-end skills (HTML/CSS), a basic understanding of React, and a solid grasp of Git version control and CI/CD pipelines. You will be responsible for building scalable applications, maintaining existing systems, and ensuring seamless deployment processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Application Development: Develop, maintain, and optimize high-performance applications using the Laravel Framework.
• Frontend & UI: Build clean, responsive, and pixel-perfect user interfaces using HTML5, CSS3, and Bootstrap/Tailwind.
• React Integration: Implement basic React.js components and integrate them into the Laravel ecosystem as required.
• API & Database: Create and integrate RESTful APIs, and manage database schemas, migrations, and complex queries.
• Version Control & CI/CD: Manage Git branches and pull requests while implementing/maintaining CI/CD pipelines (e.g., GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or Bitbucket Pipelines).
• Collaboration: Work closely with the DevOps team for smooth deployments and participate in project planning and code reviews.
• Optimization: Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance while writing clean, scalable, and reusable code.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum 3+ years of professional experience in Laravel backend development.
• Backend: Deep understanding of Laravel, PHP, and RESTful API architecture.
• Frontend: Strong proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and Bootstrap or Tailwind CSS.
• Modern JS: Basic knowledge of React.js.
• Tools: Expert in Git versioning and experienced in setting up CI/CD pipelines.
• Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a collaborative, dynamic team environment.
