ob Description: We are hiring a Laptop Repair Technician to handle field service calls and provide on-site maintenance and repair of Laptop (ram, motherboard etc.). The ideal candidate should have strong diagnostic skills and be capable of delivering professional technical support at client locations. Key Responsibilities: Diagnose and repair hardware issues in laptops. Perform preventive maintenance and part replacements of laptops. Maintain accurate records of service calls, repairs, and parts used. Provide timely and professional on-site support. Coordinate with the service team for scheduling and parts management. Educate customers on basic troubleshooting and printer care. Requirements: Hands-on experience with laptop repair and servicing. Knowledge of laptop components, and diagnostics tools. Familiarity with Windows and basic networking for printer installation. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently in the field. Two-wheeler with a valid driving license preferred. Maintain service logs and complete reports for each job. Communicate effectively with customers, explaining issues and solutions. Ensure tools and spare parts are well-maintained and carried during visits.
