About the Role

Language Translator & Proofreader

You will be responsible for translating manuscripts between these languages and ensuring that the final text is accurate, polished, and publication-ready.

Responsibilities:

• Translate manuscripts between

  English, Gujarati, and Hindi

• Proofread and edit translated content for accuracy, clarity, and tone
• Ensure culturally appropriate and contextually correct translations
• Maintain consistency in writing style and terminology
• Work closely with the editorial team to meet deadlines
• Provide language-quality feedback on manuscripts

Requirements:

• Excellent command of English, Gujarati, and Hindi (written & spoken)
• Proven experience in translation and/or proofreading
• Strong grammar, vocabulary, and attention to detail
• Ability to understand the author's voice and retain meaning
• Experience in book/manuscript translation preferred
• Ability to work with deadlines and manage multiple assignments
