Job Description

Desired candidate profile Source candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, referrals, and internal databases. Conduct initial screening calls with potential candidates to assess their language proficiency and fit for the role. Provide support during the interview process by handling logistics and ensuring smooth communication between parties. Maintain accurate records of candidate applications, progress updates, and feedback. 3-8 years of experience in European recruitment or staffing industry for the front end hiring / non-IT roles Strong understanding of European markets Excellent communication skills in English & German) Proficiency in sourcing candidates through multiple channels (job boards, social media etc.). Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
