Landscape Architect

Role Overview

The Landscape Architect will be responsible for planning, designing, and executing landscape projects for residential, commercial, farmhouse, villa, and outdoor/indoor spaces. The role involves concept creation, site planning, plant selection, landscape drawings, and coordination with clients, contractors, and vendors to ensure high-quality project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

1. Design & Planning

• Create landscape design concepts, master plans, and detailed drawings.
• Prepare layout plans, planting plans, irrigation layouts, lighting plans, and 3D visualizations.
• Develop innovative and sustainable outdoor designs focusing on aesthetics and functionality.
• Conduct site surveys, analysis, and feasibility studies.

2. Project Execution

• Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and vendors for material selection and work execution.
• Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure design accuracy.
• Provide technical guidance to installation teams.
• Ensure quality, budget control, and timeline adherence.

3. Client Communication

• Interact with clients to understand requirements and present design concepts.
• Modify designs based on feedback and approval.
• Provide professional advice on plant selection, materials, and maintenance.

4. Documentation & Compliance

• Prepare BOQs, project estimates, and material lists.
• Maintain documentation of drawings, revisions, and approvals.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, environmental regulations, and safety norms.

Skills & QualificationsEducational Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Landscape Architecture / Architecture / Environmental Design.

Technical Skills

• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion/Enscape, Photoshop, and MS Office.
• Knowledge of plants, horticulture, softscape, and hardscape materials.
• Ability to create detailed drawings, 3D renders, and presentations.

Experience Required

• 1–5 years of experience in landscape design (or as specified by your company).
• Experience in residential landscapes, villas, farmhouses, resorts, or commercial landscapes is preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
