Landscape Architect

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate with architectural, interior, and landscape consultants to ensure timely, accurate, and aligned design deliverables.
• Review all design drawingsincluding architectural, interior, and landscape—to ensure compliance with design intent and quality benchmarks.
• Work closely with the marketing team to deliver high-quality walkthroughs, 3D renders, and miniature models that truly represent the approved design vision and finish levels.
• Oversee material research and assist the procurement team with product selection and finalization.
• Conduct periodic site design audits to verify that on-ground finishes and materials match approved drawings and specifications.
• Maintain and manage design review documents, trackers, and reporting dashboards with accuracy.
• Collaborate with the Team Head / Team Lead on design evaluations, visual branding initiatives, and quality audits to uphold brand standards.

Candidate Profile

• B.Arch with

  4+ years of experience

  in residential architecture.
• Strong expertise in design coordination, reviewing visual content, and finalizing materials.
• Ability to align design outputs with branding and marketing requirements for enhanced project presentation.
• Proficiency in

  AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Excel

  .
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional coordination skills.
