Landscape Architect

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the landscape design team to deliver high-quality projects on time and within budget.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand project requirements and develop innovative landscape solutions.
• Create detailed landscape plans, including plant selections, irrigation systems, and hardscape elements.
• Oversee the preparation of construction documents and specifications for bidding and permitting processes.
• Conduct site visits to ensure project compliance and provide guidance to on-site teams.
• Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and sustainable design principles.
• Manage client relationships and address any feedback or concerns throughout the project lifecycle.
