The role involves administrative support, personal coordination, project follow-ups, and client/vendor interaction. Candidate should be open and willing to travel for meetings and site visits as required. Key Responsibilities: Manage daily work schedules, appointments, meetings, and travel for the Director. Handle emails, calls, official correspondence, and calendar management. Coordinate with vendors, contractors, consultants, and project teams. Prepare reports, presentations, and project documentation. Follow up on tasks and ensure smooth execution of ongoing projects. Assist during meetings, including note-taking and follow-ups. Handle personal work and travel arrangements when required. Willing to travel for meetings, site visits, vendor coordination, and other assignments as required. Desired Candidate Profile: Young, smart, well-groomed, and highly presentable. Excellent communication skills (English & Hindi essential; Marathi a plus). Prior experience in air hostess, cabin crew, front office, hotel guest relations, or hospitality sector preferred. Highly organized, proactive, and capable of handling multiple responsibilities. Tech-savvy (MS Office, Emails, Basic reporting). Trustworthy, discreet, and professional.
