Landscape Architect

You will be responsible for leading and managing a landscape design team to ensure the successful delivery of high-quality projects within specified timelines and budgets. Collaboration with internal stakeholders is essential to understand project requirements and develop innovative landscape solutions. Your duties will include creating detailed landscape plans, overseeing the preparation of construction documents, and conducting site visits to ensure project compliance. Staying updated on industry trends and sustainable design principles is crucial, along with managing client relationships and addressing any feedback or concerns throughout the project lifecycle. You will also be responsible for ensuring that all landscape designs meet regulatory standards and environmental requirements. To qualify for this position, you must hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Landscape Architecture or a related field. Additionally, you should have 8-10 years of experience in landscape architecture within the Real Estate industry. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Sketchup Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator, 3D rendering software, and MS Office is required, along with knowledge of GIS.,
