Job Overview:

The Land Promoter will be responsible for sourcing, evaluating, and securing land parcels for residential or commercial development projects. The role requires strong knowledge of the Bengaluru real estate market, land acquisition laws, zoning regulations, and negotiation skills. The candidate will work closely with landowners, brokers, legal teams, and government authorities to ensure smooth acquisition and transaction processes aligned with company goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and scout potential land parcels suitable for development through market research and networking.
• Build and maintain relationships with landowners, brokers, and stakeholders to source viable land opportunities.
• Conduct due diligence including title verification, zoning compliance, environmental assessments, and legal checks.
• Negotiate terms and conditions for land acquisition deals, ensuring favorable outcomes for the company.
• Stay updated on local real estate trends, government policies, and regulatory changes in Bengaluru.

Required Qualifications:

• Any Graduate considered.
• 3-6 years of relevant experience in land acquisition, promotion, or real estate development.
• Strong knowledge of Bengaluru’s land laws, zoning regulations, and acquisition procedures.
• Proven negotiation and communication skills.
• Proficient in stakeholder management and relationship building.
• Sound understanding of real estate market dynamics and financial feasibility analysis.
