As we continue to expand across Tamil Nadu and Kerala, we’re looking for an experienced Land Acquisition Manager to join our Coimbatore team.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, evaluate, and acquire suitable land parcels for upcoming villa and residential projects in and around Coimbatore.
• Conduct feasibility studies, due diligence, and land valuation.
• Liaise with landowners, brokers, and legal teams to ensure smooth transactions.
• Negotiate land deals and finalize agreements in line with company objectives.
• Maintain updated market intelligence on land availability, pricing trends, and zoning regulations.
• Build and manage a strong local network of landowners and intermediaries.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in land acquisition (preferably in real estate or infrastructure).
• Proven track record of successful land deals in Tamil Nadu.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• In-depth knowledge of local land laws and documentation processes.
• Fluency in Tamil and English
• Willingness to travel across Coimbatore and nearby districts.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
