Laboratory Technician

Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Laboratory Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in an industrial laboratory setting and a strong background in scientific research. This role is essential for supporting various laboratory functions, ensuring compliance with CGMP and GLP standards, and contributing to quality control processes. The Laboratory Technician will work closely with other team members to analyze samples, conduct experiments, and maintain laboratory equipment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct routine laboratory tests and experiments following established protocols.
• Prepare samples for analysis and ensure proper documentation of results.
• Maintain laboratory equipment, ensuring it is clean, calibrated, and functioning correctly.
• Adhere to CGMP and GLP guidelines throughout all laboratory processes.
• Assist in microbiology studies and histology preparations as needed.
• Analyze data from experiments and report findings accurately.
• Collaborate with team members on scientific research projects.
• Implement quality control measures to ensure the integrity of test results.
• Maintain accurate records of all laboratory activities and procedures.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in a relevant field preferred.
• Experience working in an industrial laboratory environment is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with scientific research methodologies and practices.
• Knowledge of animal physiology is a plus.
• Proficiency in microbiology techniques and histological analysis.
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail in data interpretation.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
