Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Barasat for a Laboratory Technician. The Laboratory Technician will be responsible for conducting routine laboratory tasks, preparing and testing samples, maintaining laboratory equipment, and recording data. The role includes ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards, assisting in research projects, and keeping an organized laboratory environment.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of laboratory techniques, procedures, and equipment handling
• Experience in preparing and testing samples accurately
• Ability to maintain and calibrate laboratory equipment
• Skills in recording and interpreting scientific data
• Understanding of safety and regulatory standards in a laboratory setting
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Bachelor's degree in a related field such as Biology, Chemistry, or Medical Laboratory Science
• Prior experience working in a laboratory environment is a plus
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
