Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Ernakulam for a Laboratory In Charge at Silverline Hospital. The Laboratory In Charge will oversee daily laboratory operations, ensure accurate usage and maintenance of laboratory equipment, monitor quality control processes, and ensure compliance with industry standards. Responsibilities include supervising laboratory staff, managing stock of reagents and supplies, facilitating research and development activities, and maintaining detailed documentation of processes and results.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Quality Control and ensuring compliance with laboratory standards and procedures
• Strong expertise in Laboratory Equipment operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting
• Competence in Analytical Skills and Laboratory Skills for accurate testing and diagnostics
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Master’s degree in Biochemistry / Medical Laboratory Technology (MLT)
• 3 year to 5 year experience (Preferably in an NABH accredited hospital)
