Lab Assistant

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare dyeing recipes and Conduct sample dyeing, shade matching, and record results for bulk reference.
• Handle dyes, chemicals, and auxiliaries safely and accurately.
• Operate laboratory equipment such as spectrophotometer, pH meter, and dyeing machines.
• Maintain proper documentation of lab trials, recipes, and test results.
• Support production by ensuring smooth lab-to-bulk shade transfer.
• Assist in basic fastness testing and maintain lab cleanliness.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Diploma/B.Sc. in Textile Chemistry, Textile Technology, or related field.
• Knowledge of cotton fibre and reactive dyeing processes.
• Familiarity with lab equipment and textile testing methods.
• Attention to detail, teamwork, and commitment to safety.
• This role provides practical exposure to dyeing processes and an opportunity to grow within a dynamic textile manufacturing environment.
