Role Description

This is an on-site, full-time role for a Laboratory Assistant (Male/Female) based in Rajkot. The Laboratory Assistant will be responsible for conducting quality control tests, operating laboratory equipment, and ensuring adherence to strict quality control standards. Daily tasks include performing analytical tests on raw materials and finished goods, documenting experimental outcomes, and maintaining clean, organized laboratory environments. The role includes collaboration with production teams and adherence to safety and operational protocols.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in operating laboratory equipment and applying general laboratory skills
• Strong analytical abilities and problem-solving skills
• Effective communication and coordination skills
• Knowledge of quality control processes and best practices
• Attention to detail with the ability to maintain accurate documentation
• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Biology, or a related science field is preferred
• Previous experience in a manufacturing or industrial laboratory setting is an advantage
