Role Overview: We are looking for a highly organized and hands-on India Operations Manager to run day-to-day execution of Mati's field and franchise operations across India . This is a key leadership role responsible for making sure that everything works on the ground from material movement to farmer engagement, from SOP compliance to franchise support. You'll oversee teams and activities at 7-10 regional bases, ensuring timely deployment, data integrity, and operational quality across thousands of field sites and partners. Key Responsibilities Core Operations Own the end-to-end execution of ERW operations across all India field locations. Role Overview: We're looking for a dynamic and entrepreneurial Growth Lead for India to spearhead our on-ground sourcing infrastructure and partnerships . This person will be critical in ramping up our sourcing capabilities and building a world-class logistics operation. This person will interface closely with both our science-driven carbon removal operations, and with the commercial ecosystem needed to scale up the deployments across the Indian States including crusher owners, trucking and logistics operators, operational partners, and local government ministries and the NGO stakeholders.
