Key Responsibilities

• Label Management:

   Advise on release strategies & timelines; curate albums (kids content).

• Distribution Operations:

   Manage digital distribution across platforms; ensure timely delivery & compliance with DSP specs.

• Release Strategy:

   Plan schedules & marketing rollouts; oversee pre-release campaigns; albums and playlist pitching; optimize for visibility & downloads.

• Reporting & Analytics:

   Track streams, sales, royalties; prepare reports; extract insights to guide growth 

Skills & Qualifications

• 3-5 years in 

  label management/music distribution

   or similar role .
• Solid understanding of 

  digital platforms, royalty reporting & music rights management

   
• Proficient with 

  artist tools

   (Spotify, Apple Music, Amazon) .
• Experience curating 

  audio albums & playlists for kids content

   preferred
