Job Description

Perform a wide range of laboratory tests in areas such as hematology, biochemistry, microbiology, immunology, and clinical pathology.
Ensure timely and accurate analysis, documentation, and reporting of test results.
Maintain and calibrate lab equipment; troubleshoot technical issues as needed.
Oversee inventory of laboratory supplies and reagents, ensuring stock levels are maintained.
Ensure strict adherence to quality control (QC), quality assurance (QA), and biosafety protocols.
Monitor and validate testing processes and implement corrective actions when required.
Maintain patient confidentiality and ensure compliance with regulatory and accreditation standards (e.g., NABL, ISO).
Mentor and guide junior lab technicians and trainees; conduct skill development sessions when needed.
Assist in the development and implementation of standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Participate in internal and external audits and inspections.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
