Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Lab Technician / Lab Technologist located in Chennai. The Lab Technician / Lab Technologist will be responsible for performing diagnostic tests, preparing samples, maintaining lab equipment, and ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all lab procedures. Day-to-day tasks include collecting and analyzing samples, recording and interpreting test results, and adhering to safety protocols and guidelines. The individual will also collaborate with medical staff to provide comprehensive care to patients.

Qualifications

• Diagnostic testing, Sample preparation, and Lab equipment maintenance skills
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in lab procedures
• Ability to record and interpret test results effectively
• Knowledge of safety protocols and guidelines in a lab setting
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team
• Experience in the healthcare or medical laboratory field is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Medical Laboratory Technology / master Degree or related field
• Certification as a Lab Technician / Lab Technologist preferred
