About the Role :

Key Responsibilities

Conduct routine tests such as
cube testing, slump tests, sieve analysis
, and other concrete quality checks.
Inspect and monitor
incoming raw materials
(cement, aggregates, admixtures, and water).
Prepare and maintain
daily and monthly quality reports
.
Assist the
Quality In-Charge
in
mix design trials
and laboratory testing.
Maintain and calibrate
lab

equipment
to ensure accuracy and reliability.
Adhere to relevant
IS codes and company quality standards
.

Requirements

Education:
Diploma in Civil Engineering, Material Testing, or equivalent qualification.
Experience:
Experience in Ready Mix Concrete (RMC) or a construction materials testing lab preferred.
Key Skills:

Knowledge of
IS codes
related to concrete and raw material testing.
Proficiency in
lab

equipment handling
and quality testing methods.
Ability to
analyse test results and prepare quality reports
.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety and quality.
