Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate phlebotomy staff across multiple locations.
Ensure proper techniques in blood collection and specimen handling.
Monitor inventory and ensure availability of phlebotomy supplies.
Maintain compliance with infection control and safety protocols.
Conduct training and performance evaluations for phlebotomy personnel.
Manage day-to-day operations of PCCs including scheduling, staffing, and workflow optimization.
Ensure timely onboarding and availability of diagnostic devices and kits.
Address patient inquiries, complaints, and service issues with professionalism.
Maintain accurate records of patient visits, sample collections, and test results.
Coordinate with logistics and technical teams for device setup and troubleshooting.
Implement and monitor quality control procedures for both phlebotomy and PCC operations.
Ensure adherence to regulatory and accreditation standards.
Prepare for audits and inspections by maintaining documentation and readiness.
Assist in budgeting, procurement, and reporting for operational needs.
Collaborate with clinical, laboratory, and customer service teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
Support onboarding of new staff and training on SOPs and equipment usage.
