Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily laboratory activities, including sample collection, processing, testing, and reporting.
Ensure adherence to quality standards, safety protocols, and SOPs across all sections of the lab.
Monitor performance of technical staff and ensure optimal manpower utilization.
Validate and authorize test reports before release.
Coordinate with the Quality Manager and Head Office for audits, proficiency testing, and accreditation activities.
Maintain inventory of reagents, consumables, and equipment with proper documentation.
Ensure timely preventive maintenance and calibration of instruments.
Handle internal and external customer queries, complaints, and service feedback efficiently.
Conduct regular staff meetings, training, and performance reviews.
Implement continuous quality improvement initiatives in the laboratory.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
