Lab Incharge - Indore

Roles & Responsibilities:

• To overview the Lab services utilization , revenue & explore areas of revenue generation.
• Overview all the Testing, Processing, Reporting & ensure its documentation as per SOP.
• To maintain operation of Biochemistry equipment, Hematology, Clinical Pathology.
• Responsible and to maintain a record of all Quality control, calibration according to the standards on a daily basis.
• To maintain TAT of test categories & suggest measures to control any deviations.
• Ensure all machines are maintained & are in working condition & keep a record of it.
• To maintain confidentiality of patient related data.
• All reports should be reviewed before dispatching to the patient & ensure dual authentication is done from technician.
• To maintain inventory and maintain record according to the actual tests done as per billing.
• Follow up & close all the pending test list from in-house or outsource labs
• Ensure handover of pending tests to the next in line tech during next shift as per documented checklist.

Job Specifications:

• Minimum Qualifications - DMLT / B Sc (MLT)/M Sc(MLT)
• Technical Qualifications – MLT with registration
• Able to speak local language as well as English/Hindi
• Minimum 2 years experience as Lab Incharge in Hospitals / Diagnostics.
• Flexibility to work in rotational shifts
• Work Location: Kukatpally
