Job Description

Role and Responsibility for: Lab Executive

Qualification

Minimum subject knowledge in Food science & Chemistry, capable to carry out the analysis and Good knowledge in processing parameters, Food ingredients & Food Safety Systems.

Responsibility

Carry out all the Raw Material including Fruits & vegetables & Finished Goods analysis as per Lab Manual.
All lab reports & records should be updated by regular basis.
To updating the Sr. Executive related to process activities.
Ensure all the input Raw materials are should be accepted by Q.C.
Monitor the online production in case of deviation from the laid down specifications will hold the product.
To carry out analysis of all Raw Material and Finished goods analysis as per Lab manual.
To check Water Analysis for R.O. Water and Process related.
To check Shelf life analysis of finished goods.
Normalitys preparation and standardization.
To check internal calibration of Equipments.
Take down the Chemical & Glassware stock.
To update records of Raw Material and Finished goods & online process records.
Responsible to inform the QC manger for any deviation in analysis with respect of specifications.New analysis to be carried out as assignment given by HOD.
Lab instruments timely calibration and service.
Comparative analysis to be done related to Raw material and Finished Goods assignment given by HOD.

To take the hold the non confirming product.
To take the records parameters related to process Quality Control.
