Job Description

Expertise in managing and troubleshooting with a strong focus on performance optimization, backup/restore, data replication, and stored procedure development
Delivering end-to-end technical support including incident management, root cause analysis, API testing, code deployment, and production issue resolution within strict SLAs
Strong ability to provide PROD support while ensuring effective communication and quick turnaround for critical issues
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Strong written, verbal communication/collaboration skills and ability to manage user/vendor/customer and to work with cross functional teams
Collaborate with multiple stakeholders for tech solutioning and bottlenecks removal
Ability to assess the impact of production issues & escalate to relevant technology partners and get it resolved at the earliest during extremely time critical regulatory commitments
Ability to operate with a limited level of direct supervision & in a time sensitive environment
Preferred: Has an understanding of finance/accounting domain
