 Location:  Hyderabad (Onsite)
 Shift:  24/7 (including night shifts)
 Key Responsibilities: 

Minimum 8+ years of hands-on experience withCommvault Backup

Provide  L3-level support  for Commvault infrastructure CommServe, Media Agents, clients, and storage targets.

Lead and execute  enterprise data recovery operations  across Windows, Unix/Linux, virtual, and database platforms.

Drive  data migration projects , including platform-to-platform and storage upgrades.

Manage and optimize  deduplication, storage policies, auxiliary copies , and SLA-driven jobs.

Troubleshoot and resolve  complex backup/restore failures , including root cause analysis and permanent fixes.

Configure and support backups for  Oracle, SQL, SAP, Exchange , and NAS/NDMP environments.

Perform  Commvault upgrades , patching, and configuration of disaster recovery (DR) setups.

Script and automate routine backup tasks using  PowerShell, Bash, or Python .

Collaborate with infrastructure teams (network, storage, systems) for end-to-end performance tuning.

Maintain documentation, generate reports, and mentor L1/L2 teams for knowledge sharing and operational continuity.
