Job Description

Job Overview:

Job Title : IT Support Engineer

Hands on knowledge and experience working on Windows OS (Client OS and Server OS)
Hands on knowledge and experience on Active Directory, Azure Administration, O365
administration.
Basic knowledge of the OSI model, switching and internet routing technologies
Basic understanding of network concepts, cloud & virtualization tools.
Understanding of IT infrastructure and Security.
Ability to assess faults, prioritize, respond and escalate accordingly.
Clear communicator (both written and verbal).
Provided technical support for operational administration, Directory Services, servers and
TCP/IP networks.
Ensuring correct comprehension, response time and resolution of issues/requests/emails.
Proficient and knowledgeable and knows how to properly troubleshoot various problems

Required Skills:

Proven L2/L3 level support experience in IT Infrastructure.
Hands-on experience working with
MSPs
and handling multi-client setups.
Strong understanding of
Group Policy
, Active Directory, DNS, and DHCP.
Proficiency in
VMware, Hyper-V, Horizon View
, and virtualization concepts.
Experience with
Veeam Backup & Replication
.
Deep knowledge of
Remote Desktop Services
and
Thin Client
configurations.
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills.
Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft, VMware, Veeam) are an added advantage.
