L2 Technical Support Engineer

With an experience requirement of 5 to 10 years, the salary offered is competitive, ranging from 6 to 10 LPA based on your skill set. The role you will be undertaking is that of an IT Help Desk/IT Service Desk professional, located in Coimbatore. As part of the team, you will be expected to have proven work experience in roles such as a Technical Support Engineer, Desktop Support Engineer, IT Help Desk Technician, or similar positions with exposure to international clients. Your responsibilities will include researching and identifying solutions to software and hardware issues, diagnosing technical problems, and troubleshooting issues related to account setup and network configuration. You will engage with clients to understand the root cause of the problem and guide them through a series of actions, whether over the phone, email, or chat until a resolution is achieved. It will be essential for you to escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams and provide prompt and accurate feedback to customers. Utilizing internal databases or external resources, you will deliver precise technical solutions and ensure that all issues are logged and managed effectively. Your ability to prioritize and handle multiple issues simultaneously will be crucial, as well as following up with clients to guarantee that their IT systems are functioning optimally post-resolution. Being open to working in rotational shifts or night shifts based on client requirements is mandatory for this role.,
