L2 Infrastructure Support Engineer (Cloud & System Monitoring)

Work Timing: 12:30 PM – 9:30 PM IST

About the Role:

Forest Lake Technologies is seeking a skilled L2 Infrastructure Support Engineer to join our Noida (Sector-126) office. The role involves monitoring and supporting system and cloud infrastructure, ensuring stability and uptime, and handling incident resolution. Familiarity with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) is a strong plus.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide L2 support for systems and cloud infrastructure.

• Monitor servers, applications, and cloud infra to ensure performance and availability.

• Debug, troubleshoot and resolve incidents within agreed SLAs.

• Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) and implement preventive measures.

• Escalate issues to L3 teams when required, ensuring complete documentation.

• Maintain and update SOPs, runbooks, and monitoring dashboards.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 2–4 years of hands-on experience in infrastructure support (L2).

• Strong knowledge of Linux systems and basic networking.

• Hands-on experience with DB (MongoDB, Postgres)

• Experience with monitoring tools for system and cloud infrastructure.

• Practical experience using Freshdesk and Jira for ticketing and incident management.

• Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills.

Good to Have:

• Exposure to Google Cloud Platform (GCP).

• Scripting knowledge (Shell scripting) for automation.

• Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
