Combination of Audio Video Specialist & L2 Technical Support with Executive Presence. ( Details mentioned in JD )
Flexibility for the prep work over the weekend for the coming week visit- Adhoc if required. Supporting On-site client visits, handling both In-person and virtual connects ( Hands on Platforms- like Zoom, Teams, Microsoft AV Equipments, Cisco Video conferencing, screens & Projectors etc) Excellent Communication is mandate as this is a Client Facing role. ( Pls share the Rating on Communication ) Experience-3-4 years. Location- Hyderabad (2 ) and Bangalore ( 2 ) Shift Timings :- Flexible Mode of work- WFO. Shift Timings: 5:30 AM – 2:30 PM, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM or 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM (Should be willing to work rotational night shifts, as needed.)
