Job Description

L3 Support Engineers
- Deployment: 24x7 support model
- Experience 5-7yrs
- Location Navi Mumbai

Design, deploy, and manage
Cisco ACI fabric
(APIC, spine-leaf topology, tenants, VRFs, EPGs, contracts, policies) in coordination with OEM
Manage ACI integrations with L4-L7 services (firewalls, load balancers).
Troubleshoot ACI fabric issues related to connectivity, contracts, and policies.

Perform day-to-day operational tasks like firmware upgrades, configuration backups, and health monitoring.
Configure and troubleshoot
BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, VRF, HSRP, vPC, VLANs, STP
, other routing protocols.
Implement
WAN/MPLS connectivity, IP routing policies, QoS, and traffic engineering
.
Work with
Nexus (9K/7K/5K/2K) and Catalyst switches
, NCS and Catalyst 8500 series routers.
Configure and manage
Cisco Firepower / Fortinet FortiGate
firewalls, IPS (Trend micro/ Trelix).
Handle
policy configuration, VPN (IPSec/SSL), NAT, IDS/IPS, and threat prevention
.
Perform
firewall migrations, rule base optimization, and zero-trust segmentation
.
Integrate firewall security services with
ACI contracts
for service insertion.
Monitor network and security infrastructure for performance, availability, and security incidents.
Engage in
incident management, root cause analysis, and documentation
.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Server, Storage, Application, Security).
Flexible to work in 24x7
To understand the technical problems and address resolution of technical problems
Rack & Stack devices in case of RMA or any bank activity/drill
Support for both Preventive and comprehensive activity specified by Bank
