Role Overview: You will have the roles and responsibilities of an L1 expert while also handling escalations and difficult conversations that may arise during the day. Additionally, you will be in charge of reporting on and overseeing the daily operations. Your main focus will be on helping new partners join Uber, providing support to partners with their queries, and ensuring a great experience for all.
