Job Title: L2 Desktop + Network Support Engineer (Male Candidates Only)
Location: Pune | Gurugram
Work Details:

Shifts: Rotational (5 Days Working)

Experience Required: 1 to 2 Years

Qualification: 10th, 12th/Diploma, and Degree (All Mandatory)

Salary: 17-20k take home & 21-24k CTC

Key Responsibilities:
Operating System Support:
•
Install, configure, and maintain Windows operating systems across desktops and laptops.
•
Perform OS-level troubleshooting and provide user support.
Hardware Support:
•
Assemble and upgrade desktops and laptops.
•
Troubleshoot hardware issues including peripherals and internal components.
Software Support:
•
Install and configure standard software applications including Microsoft Outlook.
•
Perform software backups, update, and resolve application-related issues.
Network Support:
•
Install and troubleshoot network printers and scanners.
•
Support VPN configurations and basic firewall settings.
•
Assist with LAN/WAN connectivity and basic switch/router troubleshooting.
Security Management:
•
Manage antivirus software and endpoint security tools.
•
Ensure BitLocker encryption and device security compliance.
Active Directory Administration:
•
Create and manage user accounts and groups.
•
Perform password resets and apply group policies.
•
Manage user access rights based on company policy.
Remote Support:
•
Provide remote support using tools like TeamViewer, Any Desk, etc.
•
Troubleshoot software and system-related issues remotely.
Asset Management:
•
Maintain accurate inventory records of hardware and software.
•
Coordinate with vendors for hardware support and warranty claims.
Technical Skills:
•
Basic OS installation and configuration
•
PC/Laptop hardware troubleshooting
•
Microsoft Outlook setup and support
•
Basic Active Directory (user/group management, password resets)
•
Printer and peripheral setup
•
Basic networking (IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN)
•
Antivirus and endpoint security management
•
Exposure to SCCM, BSOD troubleshooting (basic level)
•
BitLocker encryption and recovery
