Support Level 1 Analysts:
Provide guidance and support to Level 1 analysts, assisting with complex issues and ensuring effective incident response and escalation procedures.
Use Case Understanding:
Develop and maintain a deep understanding of security use cases, ensuring the effective implementation and monitoring of security controls.
Rotational Shifts:
Be prepared to work in rotational shifts to provide 24/7 security monitoring and incident response.
Collaboration:
Work closely with other IT and security teams to ensure comprehensive security coverage and effective incident management.
Documentation:
Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of incidents, investigations, and resolutions to support continuous improvement and compliance requirements.
Training and Development:
Stay updated with the latest security trends, tools, and best practices, and participate in ongoing training and development opportunities.
