Job Description

The L2 Auditor ROS AR Calling is responsible for conducting advanced-level audits of AR voice calls and associated documentation in the U.S. healthcare domain. This role involves evaluating AR callers' adherence to process standards, payer-specific protocols, and client expectations. The auditor will ensure accuracy, compliance, and effectiveness in call handling, with a focus on driving performance improvements and reducing denials. Key Responsibilities: Perform audits on AR follow-up calls (voice-based) to ensure adherence to quality, compliance, and operational protocols. Review documentation and claim actions for accuracy, thoroughness, and appropriate resolution strategies. Audit complex claims and assess how effectively AR callers manage these cases. Provide structured, constructive feedback to L1 and L2 AR callers based on audit findings. Identify trends in errors or process gaps and collaborate with QA and training teams to implement corrective actions. Ensure compliance with HIPAA guidelines and client-specific confidentiality standards during all audits. Prepare detailed audit reports, dashboards, and performance summaries for management. Assist with coaching, mentoring, and upskilling of junior AR auditors or new hires. Support the QA team in developing SOPs, audit checklists, and training documentation. Skills & Competencies: Strong verbal communication and listening skills High attention to detail and accuracy Analytical and critical thinking skills Sound judgment in evaluating call quality and resolution effectiveness Ability to handle high-complexity claim scenarios Excellent reporting and documentation skills Working knowledge of HIPAA and RCM compliance
