Job Description

L1 Desktop Support Engineers


Key Responsibilities:

  • first-level technical support

  • Windows OS, MS Office, email, and network connectivity

  • Log, track, and resolve tickets via ITSM tools (e.g., ServiceNow, Remedy, Freshdesk)

  • Perform basic hardware diagnostics and software installations

  • Escalate unresolved issues to L2/L3 teams following standard procedures

  • Maintain asset records and update documentation regularly


Required Skills:

  • Windows 10/11 OS

  • Active Directory

  • remote support tools

  • Strong communication and customer interaction skills

  • Outlook, Wi-Fi, VPN, and basic LAN issues


Educational Qualification:

  • Diploma / B.Sc / BCA / B.Tech / Any IT-related degree

  • MCP / MCSA / ITIL Foundation
