Provide L1/L2 support via calls, email, and tickets. Troubleshoot and resolve issues, document cases, collaborate with teams, escalate critical problems, test updates, improve support docs, and stay updated with latest tech.

Required Candidate profile

CS/IT degree - 1–2 yrs L1/L2 support exp. Skilled in Docker/Kubernetes, troubleshooting, logs, and ticketing tools. Basic coding/scripting a plus. Good communication problem-solving & customer focus
