Job Overview

IT Support Engineer (L1/L2)

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide

    L1/L2 technical support

    for applications and IT systems.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve

    SQL-related issues

    and queries.
  • Work with

    ServiceNow

    for incident management and tracking.
  • Support end-users by resolving

    hardware, software, and network issues

  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve

  • Monitor system performance and ensure minimal downtime.
  • Document technical solutions and create user guides for common issues.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 3 to 5 years

    of experience in

    IT Support, L1/L2 Support, or Application Support

  • Hands-on experience with

    ServiceNow

    for incident and request management.
  • Strong knowledge of

    SQL Support and troubleshooting

  • Understanding of

    Windows/Linux environments

  • Excellent

    problem-solving and analytical skills
