Required Technical and Professional Experience 5 to 8 years of experience in facilitating Agile methodologies and ensuring the successful delivery of projects. Track and communicate team progress, performance, and metrics to stakeholders. Foster a culture of continuous improvement by encouraging experimentation and learning. Preferred Technical and Professional Experience Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives. Guide and coach the Scrum team on Agile practices and principles.
